Think You Might Be Pregnant (But Didn’t Plan on It)?

Pause. Breathe. This might be one of the biggest moments of your life—and you don’t have to face it alone. If you're staring down the possibility of an unplanned pregnancy, it’s okay to feel overwhelmed, scared, or unsure.

At Pregnancy Care Center of Grants Pass, we offer free, confidential support in a calm, compassionate, and judgment-free space. Whatever you’re feeling, we’re here to help you sort through your options and find clarity, step by step.

Step One: Confirm What’s Going On

Before making any big decisions, let’s make sure you have the facts.

💡 Start with a pregnancy test – If you haven’t taken one yet, this is your first step. We offer free, medical-grade tests that are 99% accurate when taken correctly. You’ll get results during your visit—and someone to talk through them with.

✨ Next, get an ultrasound – Even if you’re unsure about continuing the pregnancy, an ultrasound gives you vital info about your health. It can confirm whether the pregnancy is viable or if you’re experiencing something like an ectopic pregnancy, which requires immediate medical attention. We offer free, limited OB ultrasounds to help you move forward with confidence.

You’ve Got Options. Let’s Talk About Them.

No one can make this decision for you, but we can help you understand all your choices, without pressure.

Abortion

This might be the first option that crosses your mind. But it’s more than just a procedure, it can carry emotional, physical, and financial consequences that aren’t always talked about. While Pregnancy Care Center of Grants Pass doesn’t perform or refer for abortions, we do provide honest, evidence-based information so you know what to expect. We can also help determine how far along you are, information that’s essential to understanding which

procedures might apply.

 Adoption

If parenting isn’t something you’re ready for, but you’re open to continuing the pregnancy, adoption might be a choice worth exploring. You’re in control of how open or private the adoption is, and most women receive help with medical and living expenses. We can connect you with trusted adoption professionals and walk you through what that journey could look like.

 Parenting

Maybe this wasn’t part of your plan, but it doesn’t mean it’s impossible. Through our Pathways program, we offer free parenting education, resources, and a supportive community of other parents who understand what you're going through. Whether you're raising your first child or starting from square one, we’re here to walk with you.

Talk It Out. You Don’t Have to Decide Alone.

Big decisions like this deserve conversation and support. Talk to someone you trust...a partner, a friend, a family member, or your doctor. And if you feel like there’s no one in your life to turn to, we’re here. Our trained staff listens without judgment, helps you weigh your options, and gives you space to ask honest questions...at your pace.

It’s okay to feel scared, numb, or confused. Those feelings don’t define you and they don’t have to dictate your future. The more you talk, learn, and reflect, the clearer things will become.

You're Strong. You’re Not Alone. We’ve Got You.

If you’re facing a possible pregnancy, know this: you are not alone. You are not a burden. And you are worthy of support, no matter what decision you make.
