Currently, only pregnancy test and nurse consultation appointments for the Grants Pass location can be made online. Please call our office at 541-479-6264 Monday through Thursday between 9:00am to 5:00pm to schedule an appointment at the Cave Junction location or to schedule an ultrasound appointment.
