We serve women and families facing unexpected pregnancies in Grants Pass, Cave Junction, and the surrounding areas. We provide evidence-based information, free services, and practical support with a holistic and compassionate approach. We give each of our clients the care and attention they need, empowering them to make informed decisions for themselves and their future.
Pregnancy Care Center of Grants Pass is a 501c3 non-profit in the state of Oregon. Community support ensures our ability to meet the needs of local women and men facing unexpected pregnancies. We are 100% funded through the generosity of individuals, businesses, and organizations in our community. All donations are tax-deductible.

Pregnancy Care Center of Grants Pass was founded in 1988 by a group of ordinary people concerned about teen pregnancy and a lack of resources for those facing challenging pregnancy decisions. Since then, the organization has seen tremendous growth largely because of community support. As a 501c3, faith-based, non-profit, it is only possible to provide professional services at no cost to patients, clients, and students because people care and give to our mission of “providing hope in the midst of pregnancy and sexual health decisions."
Our medical center is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). Medical services include nurse consultations, pregnancy testing, and limited OB ultrasounds, all provided by licensed medical professionals under the direction of our medical director completely free of charge. We can connect patients and their families with community and national resources for food, housing, adoption, healthcare, transportation, insurance, adoption assistance, counseling, abuse prevention, drug addiction, legal assistance, and more. We also provide material support such as diapers, wipes, baby and maternity clothing, and car seats to those who choose to parent and participate in our parenting class series.
With the generous financial support of individuals and an occasional grant, the organization is able to provide free services to over 3,000 people annually, regardless of insurance or any other socioeconomic factors. We regularly refer patients to our local physicians as needed; however, we do not provide birth control or abortion services.
We don’t pressure our patients to make any specific decision, but share information in a supportive environment. We believe people are intelligent and when provided with all the information they need, each can make the best decision for themselves while considering others involved and those closest to them (partner, family, friends, etc).

Your trust is important to us. When you visit the Pregnancy Care Center, we want you to know your information is safe with us. As an accredited medical clinic, we have a strict confidentiality policy meeting all HIPAA regulations, and adhere to medical confidentiality practices. No matter what service is provided, your results and information are kept private unless specific written permission is provided by you.
