Ultrasound Policy: We provide limited O.B. ultrasounds to patients who are at least 6 weeks, 3 days since their last menstrual period (LMP). Limited ultrasounds are conducted to determine gestational age of fetus, whether the pregnancy is safe inside the uterus, where it belongs and to determine if there is a fetal heartbeat. A positive pregnancy test must be performed by the Pregnancy Care Center of Grants Pass prior to scheduling a limited ultrasound. For those who have already had a positive pregnancy test performed by the Pregnancy Care Center and are wanting to schedule a limited ultrasound, please call (541) 479-6264 Monday through Thursday between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Ultrasounds, nurse consultations and urine pregnancy tests are performed at Pregnancy Care Center of Grants Pass, 714 S.E. 8th Street, Grants Pass, Or, 97526.
Note: you may receive text message notification reminders related to your appointment on the mobile number provided (standard data rates from your carrier may apply). If you do not wish to receive text message reminder notifications, please call our office to schedule an appointment and inform us that you would not like to receive these reminder notifications.

After filling out initial paperwork, you will meet with one of our patient advocates or a nurse to assess your needs.
