Appointments
We are taking many precautions to help ensure the health and safety of our patients and staff. Schedule an appointment online by clicking below or call our office to learn more.
Masks for healthcare facilites are no longer required in Oregon as of April 3rd, 2023. If you would like a face covering upon arriving at your appointment, one will be provided to you. Please also note that Pregnancy Care Center is not equipped to screen or handle potentially infectious diseases at this time. It is the responsibility of each patient and their guest(s) to inform us before the time of their appointment if they are experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19 or another illness, or if they have had reasonable exposure to COVID-19 within 5 days prior to their appointment.
Ultrasound Policy: We provide limited O.B. ultrasounds to patients who are at least 6 weeks, 3 days since their last menstrual period (LMP). Limited ultrasounds are conducted to determine gestational age of fetus, whether the pregnancy is safe inside the uterus, where it belongs and to determine if there is a fetal heartbeat. A positive pregnancy test must be performed by Pregnancy Care Center prior to scheduling a limited ultrasound. For those who have already had a positive pregnancy test performed by the Pregnancy Care Center and are wanting to schedule a limited ultrasound, please call (541) 479-6264 Monday through Thursday between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Nurse consultations and pregnany test appointments are conducted at our Grants Pass center located at 714 S.E. 8th Street, Grants Pass, OR, 97526 and at our Cave Junction center located at 331 Cottage Park Drive Ste 4, Cave Junction, OR, 97523. However, ultrasounds are currently only being performed at our Grants Pass location.
Note: you may receive text message notification reminders related to your appointment on the mobile number provided (standard data rates from your carrier may apply). If you do not wish to receive text message reminder notifications, please call our office to schedule an appointment and inform us that you would not like to receive these reminder notifications.
Our services are ALWAYS FREE and ALWAYS CONFIDENTIAL.
As you prepare for your appointment, please consider:
♦ A photo ID is required for your appointment. If you do not have a photo ID, we will take a photo of you at our center.

♦ You are welcome to bring a friend or family member for support.
♦ Children are welcome, but during all appointments we ask that you either find childcare for younger children or bring someone with you to help.
♦ Appointments and walk-ins are welcome.
♦ Please be aware that if you arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled time, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
What To Expect:
While the pregnancy test itself takes only a few minutes, we take time with each patient to address any questions you may have while providing information and resources relevant to your situation and needs, so please allow up to 60 minutes for a pregnancy test, nurse consultation, or ultrasound appointment. Please note that this does not include the time that it will take to complete your initial paperwork. After completing these forms, you will meet with one of our nurses and/or patient advocates to assess your needs. To expedite the process, you are welcome to download and complete the Request for Services paperwork and bring this with you to your appointment.
